I qualified from the University of Liverpool in 2013 with a distinction in restorative dentistry. Whilst at university I took an interest in the field of prosthodontics, winning a number of awards with the British Society of Prosthodontics and the University of Liverpool. These include the Gilmour Prize 2010, Heraeus Kulzer Undergraduate Prize 2011, Liverpool Dental Alumni Association Elective Award 2012 and the Coltene Student Bursary 2012.
I also had the opportunity to study at the University of California in San Francisco, exploring how dentistry is taught & practiced in America.
In 2016 I completed my Royal College of Surgeons Exams in Edinburgh, to gain my Diploma of the Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons.
Alongside general dentistry, I have also completed additional training in Invisalign orthodontic treatment and dental implants, to replace missing teeth and restore smiles, under the mentorship of a consultant oral surgeon. I am a member of the Association of Dental Implants, attending study clubs and webinars to ensure my knowledge and clinical practice reflect the latest advances.
I have worked at practices across the West Midlands and now enjoy working locally at Sherwood.
Outside of dentistry, I enjoy yoga, running and walks with my dog.
